Terms of service

The agreement

By using Crossfeed you agree to these terms. If you do not, please do not use the app.

What Crossfeed does

Crossfeed shows analytics for social media accounts you connect. It is an independent app. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, TikTok, Google or YouTube.

Your accounts

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. You remain bound by each platform's own terms, and your use of Crossfeed does not change them. If a platform withdraws or restricts our access, the corresponding features stop working.

Acceptable use

Do not use Crossfeed to break the law, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to gain access to accounts that are not yours, or to interfere with the service or the platforms it connects to.

Availability

Crossfeed depends on four external APIs, each of which may change, rate-limit or fail without notice. The service is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that metrics are complete, accurate or continuously available, and figures shown may differ from those in each platform's own dashboard.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any business decision taken on the basis of figures shown in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
